East Isles is a neighborhood in Minneapolis occupying the east side of Lake of the Isles and known for its great restaurants + nightclubs, indie films, hipster attitude and dog friendliness. Asked to create a name for locally made jams offered in several flavors, Dachis | Gold tapped into the locale’s existing persona by changing the noun to a verb. This locally made product name now captures both the essence of the product itself and the attitude of the location where they are produced.
